Kadia Dungar (Mountain) has the seven Buddha caves carved with pointed instrument hold importance amongst ancient architecture. The Buddha caves and “Sinha Stambha” (lion pillars) of ‘Kshatrap’ age has been believed to be built during 1st & 2nd century AD. People believe that Pandavas had spend some time of there forest life over here. Here monument well-known as “Ghodki Ghadhiyal” is also enchanting. The marvelous style of ancient Buddha architecture can be seen.

Kadia Dungar Caves are approximately 100 KMs from Vadodara City. One can reach there via a car or a bus. The nearest Railway Station is Bharuch.
